In Round 1 of this league Bramcote managed to retain their status in the middle division of Scarborough schools but this time they went one better by finishing as runners up in theeir league and earning promotion to the top tier - the Premiership!

Two wins, three draws and no goal conceded was afair reflection of the good play of the team and the real improvement that they have made in recent weeks. There was  very little aimless booting of the ball and it was encouraging to see their , often successful, attempts to play thoughtful , constructive football. Bramcote may not have had the individual skill of some of the other sides but they more than made up for this through team work.
