The Under 9 boys played some good football during the course of an enjoyable tournament played at a sunny Bramcote. They only lost one (against eventual winners Heslerton) of the their seven games and it was encouraging to see signs of the skills that they had learned over the last few weeks. Harry Anderson, as always, looked a promising player but he was well supported by Freddie Lockwood who made some powerful runs down the wings and Benji Wilson who worked tirelessly in the midfield.
