Travelling to our School

To help busy parents get their children to and from school, we run daily buses to and from various locations to help with transportation.

We have two school mini buses and a school car available. We run daily bus services from and to Beverley and Malton. These are run mornings and evenings, Monday to Friday (with the exception of Wednesday evening). It is essential that parents book children on to these buses in advance by contacting the office as there may not always be room available for children who just turn up.

At exeats and half term holidays, buses run to the Humber Bridge, Scotch Corner and York, dropping off at points along the way. Again, it is important that parents book these buses in advance.

For those children travelling home via air, we also have a friendly taxi company who have drivers who are CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) cleared who take children to either Leeds Bradford or Manchester airport when required.

Our buses are modern and well maintained and driven by experienced and careful drivers. Through consultation we can arrange additional pick up and drop off points with good notice.

The service will only change in the event of inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control. If this is the case we have a well prepared system to inform the parents of the pupils affected.  We will also keep the website up to date in the unlikely event of a full school closure.
