Looking after the Environment

Being aware of the school’s impact on its local area and community is paramount.

You can be assured that Bramcote School is always aware of the environment and gives pupils an understanding and appreciation of our natural resources.

Pupils are encouraged to save energy, recycle and use sustainable resources where possible. We are a far sighted organisation and feel that although individually we only make a small change, collectively we can make a significant difference.

Geography inspires our pupils to be fascinated and inquisitive about the world around them. It is an increasingly important subject as society becomes more global and issues such as global warming and environmental pollution begin to affect future generations as never before.

We teach every pupil, from Pre-Prep to the scholarship candidates in Form VI to have an appreciation and understanding of the world’s natural resources.
